For Investors

There is no charge to join Spark Venture Funding, browse opportunities or make an investment through the platform.

Investors can register as members, complete the suitability process, review live opportunities and build a portfolio without paying a Spark platform fee or commission on their investments. There is also no obligation to invest after registering, allowing members to explore opportunities at their own pace and only participate when a campaign matches their interests and investment goals.

This approach is intended to remove unnecessary barriers for investors and make participation in private investment opportunities as straightforward as possible.

For Founders

For companies raising capital, Spark Venture Funding operates on a success-based fee model.

There are no fees simply to express interest in the platform or begin discussions. Spark charges a success fee of 7% of the funds raised, and this fee only applies where the fundraising round completes successfully.

This means founders are not exposed to unnecessary upfront cost before capital is secured. Our model is designed to align our interests with those of the company: we succeed when the raise succeeds. It also gives founders a clear and predictable understanding of cost from the beginning of the process.
